Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us.

Germination
Growing conditions vary significantly between growers.
Because we cannot control storage, handling, germination methods, or environmental conditions after delivery, we cannot guarantee germination or plant performance.
